Adding the element of sound engages one more sense when a buyer is focused on your listing. If you are already using audio on your website, virtual tours, or talking house®, is it done by a voiceover professional? Does the script paint just the right picture in the buyer's mind, or are you just reading the flyer? Remember that there is never a second chance to make a first impression!
